THE FOUNDER | COACH | HEALER

A Personal Journey. A Purposeful Mission.

Meraki was born from a lifelong desire to help others, a personal journey of healing and self-discovery, and a spiritual awakening that transformed the way I understand love, purpose, and the human experience.

Today, my mission is to help others reconnect with themselves, navigate life's challenges, and discover a more conscious, compassionate way of living.

Heal. Grow. Reconnect.

From Searching for Purpose to Living with Intention

For as long as I can remember, I have felt a natural pull toward helping people. Even as a child, I found myself drawn to others, wanting to understand their experiences, offer support, and help people feel less alone.

When I was nineteen, I experienced a near-death experience that changed my perspective on life. In the years that followed, I often found myself asking a question that stayed with me: Why was I given another chance at life, and what am I meant to do with it?

I didn't have the answers then. What followed was a long, sometimes painful journey of searching, questioning, learning, and ultimately discovering that purpose is not always something we find outside ourselves. Sometimes, it begins with the willingness to look within.

My path has included difficult transitions, heartbreak, moments of profound uncertainty, and experiences that challenged the way I understood myself and the world around me. There were times when I had to confront the parts of myself I had avoided, question deeply held beliefs, and learn to let go of the identities, expectations, and attachments that no longer served my growth.

Looking back, I can see how each chapter contributed to the person I am becoming. The challenges did not always make sense while I was living through them, but they encouraged me to develop greater self-awareness, compassion, patience, and responsibility for my own healing.

I came to understand that transformation isn't about becoming someone else. It is about reconnecting with who you are beneath the fear, conditioning, and expectations that can shape your life.

Learning to Look Within

Approximately eleven years ago, during a particularly difficult chapter of my life, I began experiencing what I now understand as a spiritual awakening. It challenged my perspective on purpose, relationships, identity, and the connection between our inner world and the lives we create.

My journey has included periods of deep reflection, emotional upheaval, what I describe as ego deaths, and the humbling experience of recognizing patterns within myself that needed attention.

Through years of therapy, spiritual exploration, meditation, self-reflection, and inner work, I began to understand how our fears, protective behaviors, past experiences, and unmet needs can influence the way we relate to ourselves and others.

One of my greatest lessons has been learning the difference between loving someone and losing myself in the process.

I have learned that compassion does not require us to abandon our boundaries. Patience does not mean accepting every behavior. And unconditional love does not mean taking responsibility for another person's choices, growth, or healing.

Sometimes, love means showing up. Sometimes, it means giving someone space. And sometimes, it means having the courage to step away from a situation that no longer allows either person to grow.

My spiritual journey has deepened my belief in love, faith, gratitude, and the importance of surrendering what I cannot control. It has also taught me that meaningful growth requires more than intention alone. It asks us to take an honest look at ourselves and bring what we learn into our everyday choices.

I identify as a lightworker and energy healer, and I continue to explore the ways spirituality, self-awareness, and intentional living can help us develop a deeper relationship with ourselves and the world around us.

My journey is ongoing. I do not believe growth requires having all the answers. I believe it begins with the willingness to keep asking meaningful questions.

Tools for a More Conscious Life

At Meraki, we believe a healthier, more fulfilling life begins with greater awareness of ourselves and the choices we make.

Our approach brings together personal-growth coaching, spiritual exploration, mindfulness, meditation, and intentional living to help people reflect on their experiences and move forward with greater clarity.

Self-Awareness

Recognize the patterns, beliefs, emotional responses, and protective behaviors that may be influencing your relationships and everyday decisions.

Mindfulness and Reflection

Create space to slow down, become present, and respond to life's challenges with greater intention rather than reacting automatically.

Spiritual Exploration

Explore purpose, intuition, gratitude, surrender, and personal beliefs in a way that respects your individual experiences and understanding of spirituality.

Conscious Relationships

Reflect on boundaries, communication, compassion, personal responsibility, and the difference between caring for others and neglecting yourself.

Intentional Living

Bring your intentions into alignment with your actions. Use reflection, visualization, gratitude, and practical steps to move toward the life you want to build.

We believe that approaching life through love rather than fear begins with awareness. Anger, grief, resentment, fear, and disappointment are part of the human experience; growth does not require denying these emotions. It invites us to understand them with compassion and decide how we want to respond.

The goal is not perfection or constant positivity. It is a more conscious relationship with ourselves, our choices, and the people around us.

A Journey We Don't Have to Walk Alone

You do not have to have everything figured out to begin. You do not need a perfect plan, all the answers, or a clear picture of what comes next.

Sometimes, the first step is simply being willing to pause, ask a different question, and look at your life with greater honesty and compassion.

Whether you are navigating a relationship transition, searching for purpose, exploring your spirituality, or ready to understand yourself more deeply, Meraki is here to offer a space for reflection, personal growth, and intentional action.

Your journey is uniquely yours. My hope is to help you explore it with greater awareness, reconnect with what matters to you, and move forward in a way that feels more aligned with your values.

This is the heart of Meraki: a commitment to healing through awareness, growing through understanding, and reconnecting with the love, wisdom, and potential that exist within us all.

HEAL. GROW. RECONNECT.

Meraki is more than a business - it's a movement toward a more conscious, compassionate, and connected way of living. I'm honored to be part of your journey.
